I confirmed the booking (for one hour) and drove to the hotel in terrible traffic only to get the message that she was not available. I explained that I had come a long way in rotten traffic but they said she is "going home." I started the long journey back and after ten minutes got another message saying that she could see me for thirty minutes. I confirmed the time I would be there and turned around and headed back to the hotel. When I arrived on time I was then was told "No its too late." WTF?! I asked if she could see me for at least 15 mins since I was sitting in the lobby and now they said that she'd left the hotel. I've worked with this agency before and generally they've been ok and all of their girls have been great, but after tonight's runaround I am reluctant to use Best Starlets again - BS indeed! Safari has much better customer service.
