To be honest, I don’t know you, gentleman. My flat has recently been renovated and very clean. And what you see in photos is what you get. All my photos were taken this year and I never left a client unhappy. As for your problems with administration, it’s not my concern.
Madam, I didn't say the photos weren't yours, I just said they were far from reality. Whether the client was satisfied, I think, is up to them to decide, which is what I did. I shared my experience. Apparently, you have more than a few a day, and it's difficult for you to remember each one.
